Terms of stay
- Check-in Time
Our standard check-in time is 14:00 – 18:00.
- Self-Service Policy
Laoteng Boutique Hotel does not provide luggage assistance. Guests are kindly requested to carry their own bags.
- Staff Working Hours
Front staff are available at the office daily from 09:00–19:00. After hours, there will be no on-site staff, however our team remains reachable via phone or WhatsApp 24/7: +66951844844
- No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms and areas of the hotel.
Any guest found smoking in the room will be subject to a THB 3,000 fine per incident, with no dispute or exception.
This charge will be applied immediately to the guest’s payment method to cover cleaning and deodorizing costs.
- Credit Card Charge
The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card at any time after the reservation is confirmed, depending on the booking conditions.
- Payment Methods
We do not accept payment at the property.
Payments are accepted only via credit card or bank transfer.
- Late Check-in & Self Check-in
Guests arriving after 19:00 must contact the hotel in advance via WhatsApp or email and submit passport copies of all guests no later than 17:00 on the check-in date, in order for us to prepare self check-in instructions.
- Housekeeping Service Request
To receive housekeeping service, guests are kindly requested to hang the “Make Up Room” sign on the door before 15:00.
Requests made after this time may not be accommodated, as our housekeeping team will no longer be available for room cleaning.
- Laundry Service (Outsourced)
Laundry service is provided through an external partner. Guests may request the contact details and location from our Front Office staff during working hours.
Please note that the hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to garments handled by the external laundry provider.

Cancellation policy
- Non-refundable – The confirmation payment receipt must be paid within 1 business day. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice
- If we are unable to successfully charge the guest’s credit card within 7 days prior to arrival or within 3 days after the reservation is made, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.
